 CHILD CUSTODY AND DIVORCE INVESTIGATION

Lauth Investigations International Inc. understands the dilemma of a child being raised by a parent of questionable integrity. Based on a mutual conference with the client and their attorney, Lauth Investigations will assist in generating a formative case of impeachment. The investigation will involve a threefold process: (1) A thorough background will be conducted on the defendant, those who reside with the defendant, and others who have interaction with the child by the defendant's request. (2) An on-site assessment of the child's home environment will be conducted to search for signs of abuse, cleanliness of the home and malingering adult supervision. (3) A surveillance of the defendant and their activities can verify if the child is being left unattended or supervised by inadequate or incompetent supervision. Additionally, surveillance activity can detect the character of the defendant by determining if there are signs of drug or alcohol abuse outside the home.

Video and a confidential report will be provided upon completion of the investigation, and if required, court testimony of the investigator.

The personal profile verification may be tailored to the client's request based on various questionable statements the subject has provided to the client. For example, subject has informed the client that he was a former professional baseball player. Utilizing various resources we will verify the statement. Frequently, if many of these statements are suspicious to the client then they should be documented and provided to the researcher for confirmation. The results of each questionable statement by the subject are proven by a written or verbal communication from the source.

 UNSOLVED HOMICIDE OR QUESTIONABLE DEATH INVESTIGATION

Lauth Investigations International Inc. conducts comprehensive unsolved homicide investigations to determine suspect(s) and/or if the manner of death of the deceased was caused by suicide, accident, or homicide. First, each investigation is thoroughly reviewed by interacting or examining any police, coroner, or pathologist documents that are available; and the origin of the scene will be intricately photographed and analyzed. Secondly, each eyewitness and character witness will be located and subsequently interviewed in detail and taped or verbal statements are obtained. Thirdly, the investigator will then canvas databases, search through obscure public records, and use field sources to locate any circumstantial or physical evidence that may be essential to the case. Fourthly, the investigator will provide any medical or legal research as supportive evidence to bolster findings. In conclusion, a detailed investigative summary shall be provided, and if necessary, the investigator will testify at hearings or trial.
